These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and SCR888 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at scr888.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you further agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, bonus abuse, identity fraud, or collusion with other Players;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or to circumvent Platform security measures;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or data transmitted through the Platform;
• Publish or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any SCR888 content, trademarks, or intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company.

SCR888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover requirement") before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited.

All games available on SCR888 operate under game-specific rules as provided by the respective software studios and as displayed within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all game categories:

• RNG Certification: All slot and instant-win games on SCR888 use independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by the player or the Company.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, SCR888 reserves the right to declare the affected round void. Any wagers placed during a void round will be refunded to the Player's account.
• Disconnections: Where a game round is interrupted due to a player-side connection issue, the outcome of any in-progress round will be determined by the game server and will stand. SCR888 is not responsible for losses arising from player-side disconnections.
• Prohibited Conduct: Use of any software, strategy, or technique designed to exploit vulnerabilities in game software, circumvent RNG outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of SCR888 content without the express prior written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SCR888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from Platform downtime or technical failures outside of SCR888's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any actions taken by third-party payment processors in connection with your deposits or withdrawal requests.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit SCR888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 Amendments: SCR888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to registered Players at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory reasons. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Closure by Player: Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to any pending withdrawal holds or unresolved disputes.

12.3 Account Suspension or Termination by SCR888: SCR888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, Terms violation, or criminal activity. In such cases, SCR888 may withhold funds pending an investigation.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Platform or your use thereof shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which SCR888 operates. SCR888 provides services to users in Malaysia on the understanding that users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own local laws prior to using the Platform.
